"My wife and I were headed to Hudson WI to visit friends when our 2011 SE Ultra developed an oil leak. Two other HD dealerships tried and failed to fix the problem. We pulled into Capital City and I spoke with Joe who took me to the service department and explained the situation. They immediately brought my bike in and after it had cooled down started working on it. The service department kept me informed of what was going on and after a couple of hours they had it repaired. The bike ran great the rest of the trip and the oil leak was gone. We want to thank everyone who helped get us back on the road! Everyone we spoke with at Capital City was friendly and helpful in our time of need. We will be back!"

"I rode up from Iowa and needed my 10,000 mile service. While shopping in the store the service writer, Brian came to let me know i had a piece of metal in my rear tire. After looking at it I approved the replacement. I have no confidence in the dealership where I bought my bike to have found the problem let alone what happened next. Brian found me again in the store and the metal was a surface issue and had not damaged the tire at all. They have all my business now ! "

I purchased my bike from capital city harley davidson in Madison, WI. The salesman, Marc May, was great to work with. He was real helpful and sincere. To keep things simple, things got mixed up and my bike sat in the shop for three weeks before i contacted them to see when it would be ready. Being that it sat at the shop for three weeks totally completed, i was unhappy and contacted Marc. He was unaware of the situation and took things into his own hands. He called me and asked when I wanted the bike delivered, and it was delivered that same day on time. That is old school way of takiing care of a customer. Marc is a stand-up guy that knows what customer service is. That is a guy that should running the show and training people how to treat customers. Good job Marc, and I hope Harley Davidson realizes what a great employee they have.
